You agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, cart reminders) from Perfumebus, including messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number provided during signup or any other number you submit. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies. Perfumebus reserves the right to adjust message frequency at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total messages sent. We may also change the shortcode or phone number used to send messages and will notify you if such changes occur.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to these terms or messages received shall be resolved through binding arbitration (not court), governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator and limits discovery. Both parties waive rights to a jury trial or class action.
  • Exceptions: Small claims court, agency enforcement, injunctive relief, or intellectual property claims may proceed in court.

Arbitration Process

  • Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under AAA Rules. Contact AAA at www.adr.org or 1-800-778-7879.
  • Submit a formal Notice of Dispute via U.S. Mail to Perfumebus at 1112 Luke Street, Irving, TX, 75061, US, detailing the claim and relief sought. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration proceeds.

Fees

Perfumebus covers filing fees for claims ≤100.Claims>100.Claims>100 follow AAA Rules. Frivolous claims may require fee reimbursement.

No Class Actions

Claims must be individual, not collective or representative.

Modifications

Reject changes to arbitration terms by notifying Perfumebus within 30 days.

Enforceability

Unenforceable clauses will be severed; remaining terms remain valid.
